Tyres Return Policy

  • Free returns are acceptable within 48 hours from the invoice date.
  • Returns within 7 days will incur a 10% restocking fee.
  • No returns are accepted after 7 days from the invoice date.
  • Only unused tyres (never been fitted or driven on) are eligible for return.
  • Freight charges are NON-refundable. All freight is paid by the customer.
  • Special conditions might apply.

If you want to return any tyres, please contact our office directly for a Credit Note. Drivers are not allowed to take any returned tyres without the documents.


Warranty Claim Policy

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged tyre, please contact us to make a claim. Our Tyre Experts will review the claim and our Team will contact you with the outcome.
  • Replacements or full refunds will be arranged for all accepted claims.
  • No claims will be accepted if the damage is human-caused damage.
  • Unaccepted Claims will incur a 10% admin fee.
